STONE FROM BRÄNNHULT
In the region of Småland outside the village of Älmhult, you will find our quarry Brännhult.
This is the biggest diabase quarry. It has the potential to deliver blocks of unusual size.
The production amounts to 2000 cubic meters per year.
The quarried stone is sold as blocks but also to be reshaped for different construction purposes such as, for instance, kitchen countertops. Diabase is in essence a soft dark brown stone.
