Petrographic Anlysis
Rock Name: Crema Cybele
In the fabric of microspar calcite mosaic, a grapped structure formed of shrinkage fractures in the shape of bird-eye can be observed. The pores are unconnected and partially filled with calcite mud. Fragments of algars are rarely present in the texture of lime and the algar fragments can be clearly observed. The rock is a typical porous limestone formed of microspar calcite.
