WHITE MACAEL
Macael White Marble is a metamorphic rock composed mainly of calcite (up nearly 99 % in most cases). The cause of the transformation ( metamorphosis ) are the high temperatures and pressures at which the pellets were subjected by volcanic intrusions. Pure white marble is hard to find because during these processes can incorporate different substances and minerals that we consider minor components but allow for a virtually endless range of colors , tones, veins and even behavior under mechanical or chemical action. Compact rock , medium grain and very uniform white color. Extract into Macael province of Almería ; extraction fronts are usually short , but tall , and with a variety of block sizes . Supports all finished , and considering the application to which it is intended can choose the most suitable in any case its use should adjust the project .
