T/T 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance on sight of the copy B/L

4: Do you offer the sample?

The sample is always free and the freight cost needs to pay yourself. But we will make up for freight cost to you in the first order.

5: How is your product quality controlled?

Triple Inspection System Guarantees Good Quality

1) Picking out good raw material.

2) Re-checking if it has bad quality(black spots or yellow sprays or cracks and color difference) on the surface when we cut the block.

3) Checking again pc by pc when we pack them into the wooden crates

6: How do you do when we receive the damaged products?

We usually do our best in every process to make sure customer receive the products in good condition, but it still may be broken during the transportation, just please let us know when you find this problem, we will solve it within 24 hours and sure you will be properly compensated.
