The first workings of the stone commonly called BEOLA GRIGIA date back to the end of the fifteenth century, mining center in the town of Trontano in Vallossola, among which there is the locality "Scarepi", owned by the Pelganta family which has been cultivating it for over 100 years . Also called Beola Classica, the weaving results in orthogenessgranitoide of gray-uniform color with a medium-fine grain (greater than the giandonata beola).
The gnees are among the best and versatile materials, ranging from flooring such as mosaic and foreign coatings including sidewalks and avenues to natural split gardens, covers for stone walls up to interior design environments thanks to more modern work such as brushed antique satin, they range from floors to walls, bathrooms, kitchens for environments of particular refinement thanks to their natural brilliance.
